Biography
Jason grew up and lived in Patchogue for over 20 years. Jason graduated from Patchogue-Medford High School at the top of his class. Jason attended the University of Virginia on a wrestling scholarship and lettered 3 times while graduating in 4 years with degrees in History and Economics. Jason later went on to wrestle competitively in international wrestling and gained all-american status multiple times in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.
A casual interest in real estate has blossomed into a full time career while enjoying to help build up one of the fastest growing real estate firms on Long Island. Jason's area of expertise lies between exit 58 and 68 on the LIE on the north and south shores of the island. His personal approach and his letting the clients have control of the sales process while offering professional opinions and advice throughout negotiations have helped differentiate himself from all other agents in his field. Jason is currently single and has put an exceptional amount of time into helping his clients realize their real estate goals.

Paul Sapienza
Paul grew up in Queens and in 2004 moved eastward to Holbrook with his wife and three daughters into a home built by P.G. Builders, Inc. Paul was so impressed with his construction experience that he pursued his real estate license so that he could work for Triple Crown Real Estate Associates, the primary representative of P.G. Builder's homes.
Paul is currently an active member of the Communications Workers of America Local 1105 and has served in the capacity of Business Agent, Executive Vice President and currently Communications Director of the local. Paul also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the CWA Long Island Credit Union located at 841 Portion Road, Lake Ronkonkoma that offers, as one of its many services, mortgages to its members.
Paul served as a member of Community Planning Board 9 in Queens from 1994 to 2004 with the last three served as its Chairman. As the Chair of CB9 Paul pressed for the highest ethic standards from the real estate industry that served his community.
Once joining Triple Crown Real Estate Associates, Paul hit the ground running by listing his first home in only a few days. Moreover, Paul secured the sale ahead of the homeowner's expectations in just several weeks. Paul is dedicated to bringing each and every client all the services and professionalism they expect and deserve.
